If your country or region is not listed, we regret that we cannot ship to your location at this time.

Processing Times

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days (domestic), 7-15 business days (international).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (domestic), 5-10 business days (international).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. Promotional free shipping may apply for select regions or orders exceeding a certain value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order via the shipping provider’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ElfBrewl is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Each country a product is imported to has its own tax and duty thresholds.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receiving the item. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. ElfBrew is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
